Preparing for Your Visit

Dr. Warnock’s goal is to provide his patients with the highest quality of sports medicine and orthopedic care in a pleasant, friendly and professional environment. We strive to make the most efficient use of your time and we want your visit to run smoothly. In order to improve your office experience and to assist us in providing the highest level of care, Dr. Warnock requests that you bring the following things to your appointment:

  • CD’s with the pictures of your MRI. Please bring the radiologist’s report in addition to the CD’s or films.
  • List of all current medications and dosages
  • Copies of all operative reports, surgery pictures and clinic notes for all previous treatment you have received for this condition from your physician.

We value your time and want you to have a positive experience in our office. Coming prepared to your visit will help us provide you with the best and most efficient care.
